About the Role
As a SAP Solution Lead – Plattform & Projekte, you will shape the company's SAP landscape, taking responsibility for the architecture and implementation of complex projects. You will act as a liaison between business and IT, developing future-proof solutions to drive digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Define and further develop the SAP architecture (ERP, S/4HANA, HR, Billing) and its integration into the overall IT landscape.
- Plan and manage SAP projects from requirements analysis through design, implementation, and go-live.
- Develop scalable and secure solutions considering compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR) and best practices.
- Operationally support selected, specialized components and advance them.
- Conceive and monitor complex interfaces (On-Premise, Cloud, IoT) and coordinate external service providers.
- Ensure architecture standards and conduct reviews and risk assessments.
- Evaluate new technologies, create proof-of-concepts, and advise business departments.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification.
- Several years of practical experience as a SAP Solution Architect or in a comparable role, ideally with project management background.
- Deep understanding of SAP modules (ERP, S/4HANA, HR) and integration strategies with non-SAP systems and cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), ITIL, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Strong communication, moderation skills, and confident demeanor with stakeholders.
- Fluent German language skills at at least C1 level are mandatory.
- Fulfills approximately 70 percent of the requirements.
