About the Role

BMW Toronto is hiring for a full-time Business Development Coordinator. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual seeking to make a difference in a busy car dealership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email, ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Conduct outbound cold calling, emailing, and texting to prospective clients, driving new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data in CRM systems.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet business development goals and targets.
  • Support the sales team with data management, reports, and administrative tasks.
  • Utilize Google Drive, Excel, and Outlook to manage communications and documents effectively.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth dealership operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coverage for the front reception desk, including greeting clients, handling mail and deliveries, maintaining the reception area, and performing general reception duties.
  • Handle general reception duties such as admin filing, data entry, debit and cash transactions, and preparing coffee/tea.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
  • Provide at least two previous employment references with your resume.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with outbound cold calling and generating leads.
  • Proficient in Google Drive, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills.

Salary/Compensations

  • $19.00 per hour starting wage
  • Additional bonuses and performance-based incentives available on top of hourly pay (uncapped earning potential)
