About the Role
This role involves managing new business projects and pitches, fostering client relationships, and ensuring smooth project execution within interdisciplinary teams. You will act as a trusted partner, providing market insights and supporting client presence in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage new business projects and pitches from kick-off to final presentation, coordinating all involved departments.
- Sustain existing client relationships and develop new ones through transparency, empathy, and understanding client goals.
- Actively moderate client meetings and position yourself and pilot as valued partners.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure structured processes and seamless internal and external workflows.
- Continuously provide clients with important market information, trends, and competitor analyses.
- Maintain industry presence, network strategically, and invite clients to relevant industry events and awards to enhance their presence and networking.
Requirements
- Possess solid professional experience in client or project management, ideally from a media agency, marketing environment, or market research.
- Experience in managing complex cross-media projects and effectively integrating and aligning various stakeholders.
- Strong brand intuition and understanding of unique client needs, translating them into tailored pilot solutions.
- Excellent PowerPoint skills for creating impactful content and visually appealing presentations.
- Work in a structured, self-reliant manner, maintaining composure during complex projects and stressful situations.
- Communicate clearly, directly, and solution-oriented with a confident demeanor.
- Very good command of German and English.
