About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Macro Product & Data Lead to support the FX & Rates Value Stream. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business and technology teams, driving API-first solutions, data strategy, product development and AI-enabled transformation initiatives. This role requires strong product ownership capabilities, deep understanding of data models and integration architectures, and experience working within Markets businesses, particularly FX and Rates.

Responsibilities

Act as a product lead across Macro initiatives within the FX & Rates Value Stream.
Define and drive API-first implementation strategies.
Partner with business, architecture and engineering teams to design scalable solutions.
Support development of AI-enabled capabilities and assess opportunities to scale existing use cases.
Drive decisions around data strategy, data taxonomy and data governance frameworks.
Analyse and define target data models to support business and technology objectives.
Manage and prioritise product backlogs within Agile delivery environments.
Translate business requirements into technology solutions and architectural outcomes.
Provide project and programme support across strategic transformation initiatives.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Markets, Technology and Operations.

Requirements

Proven Product Owner/Product Management experience within Financial Services.
Strong FX and Rates product knowledge.
Experience working within Macro trading or Markets environments.
Strong understanding of APIs, system integration and modern technology architectures.
Experience defining and implementing data models and data taxonomy frameworks.
Knowledge of AI-enabled solutions and data-driven transformation programmes.
Ability to operate across business, technology and architecture functions.
Strong Agile delivery experience.
