About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support business planning and operational excellence through data-driven insights that enhance service delivery, resident satisfaction, and long-term estate management outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse operational, financial, maintenance, and resident feedback data to identify trends, service gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support management decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Monitor key performance indicators across service delivery, maintenance operations, resident engagement, and estate improvement initiatives.
  • Analyse residents' feedback, requests, complaints, and service patterns to identify recurring issues and recommend preventive solutions.
  • Work closely with operational teams to provide insights that improve resource allocation, maintenance planning, and community programmes.
  • Support management in identifying emerging trends and developing data-driven strategies to enhance the living environment and resident experience.
  • Automate reporting processes and improve data governance, accuracy, and accessibility across the organisation.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for management and stakeholders to support business reviews and planning discussions.
  • Support ad-hoc studies, surveys, and projects related to operational performance and community outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or performance analysis.

Skills

  • Proficient in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data visualisation tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience Level

  • Minimum 3 years of experience

Education Level

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
