About the Role
Manage end-to-end recruitment for the Tokyo office, partnering with hiring managers to identify top talent and support the full employee lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring plans and selection criteria.
- Build and maintain networks with qualified candidates.
- Manage candidate databases and pipelines for future needs.
- Conduct new hire orientation and support onboarding.
- Update and maintain new hire information in Workday.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs and campus recruitment across Japan.
- Organize local office events, employee outings, and CSR activities.
- Support HR and employer branding projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in multinational, fast-paced environments.
- Proven experience as a Recruiting Specialist, Corporate Recruiter, or similar role.
- Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn, social media, and job portals.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement in the Japan market.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Japanese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
