  • Support planning and execution of key client engagements, including executive briefings, strategic events, and study tours.
  • Act as the “voice of the client” internally, ensuring priorities are clearly understood and reflected across Visa.
  • Lead coordination and delivery of governance forums, including preparation of high-quality materials, tracking of actions, and internal alignment.

  • Proactively identify opportunities aligned to the client’s requirements that will drive profitability for your P&L, supporting delivery of assigned sales targets.
  • Support business case development, pricing, and contract discussions, helping diversify revenue streams.
  • Support delivery of account financial targets, including payment volume, net revenue and value-added services growth.
  • Partner with Account Executives and product teams to track and optimise performance against agreed business cases, close gaps, and unlock additional value.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to operate in a complex, matrixed environment and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Commercial mindset, with experience supporting sales opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and build credibility with mid-to-senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working across multiple product areas (e.g. debit, credit, commercial) or large-scale banking clients.
  • Curiosity for digital innovation and emerging trends (e.g. Open Banking, AI, new payment flows).
