About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious, compassionate, and driven Deputy Care Manager to help lead an outstanding home care service and make a genuine difference every day.
Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and inspire our team of 60 Care Professionals and Supervisors
- Conduct care consultations, complete care plans, and risk assessments
- Carry out quality assurance visits, spot checks, and annual appraisals
- Ensure rigorous CQC compliance, audits, and governance
- Maintain audit-compliant care records, medication documentation, and visit logs
- Support safeguarding, investigations, and continuous quality improvement
- Work closely with scheduling, recruitment, and training to deliver outstanding client care
- Participate in the on-call rota and provide occasional ad hoc care support
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in adult social care, ideally domiciliary care
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and best practice
- Strong IT skills and confidence using digital and AI-based systems
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Live within a 60-minute drive of our Wandsworth office
