About the Role
As a Software & AI Solutions Specialist, you will ensure approximately 250 colleagues globally have access to and can efficiently and securely use the best software and AI solutions. This role focuses on managing existing off-the-shelf software, primarily cloud-based solutions, and involves market monitoring, knowledge sharing, and workflow automation.
Responsibilities
- Monitor markets and technologies for software and AI trends.
- Ensure colleagues understand software and AI capabilities, limitations, and risks.
- Develop online courses, workshops, and wiki documentation.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for software and AI applications.
- Advise leadership and works council on opportunities and risks.
- Maintain an overview of ProVeg's software and AI solutions.
- Configure and administer central software solutions.
- Provide practical support to colleagues using software.
- Implement workflow automations using no-code and low-code platforms.
- Identify and implement suitable AI and software solutions.
- Collaborate on the implementation and integration of new software.
- Help shape the software and AI strategy, roadmap, and policies.
- Ensure IT security and data protection compliance.
Requirements
- A completed degree (e.g., Master's in Computer Science, Information Management, Digital Media, or related field), or equivalent qualification through IT training or professional certification.
- At least four years of professional experience.
- Strong affinity for software and ability to learn new solutions quickly.
- Solid understanding of artificial intelligence and experience using AI applications.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Structured, pragmatic approach to work.
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve processes.
