About the Role

As a UK Tours Golf Travel Specialist, you will drive sales and deliver outstanding experiences by tailoring bespoke golf travel to our long-haul destinations. You will push boundaries and go the extra yard to provide elite advice, managing the full booking process alongside ground agents. You will use empathy and deep insight to understand client needs, ensuring every itinerary exceeds expectations and transforms a simple inquiry into a lifelong relationship.

Responsibilities

Proactively calling customers (lead bookers) within 48 hours of travel
Professional handling of client generated enquiries (telephone, email and website)
Act as a professional representative of Your Golf Travel
Providing accurate price quoting, creating exciting and bespoke itineraries
Fulfilling the duties of a Golf Travel Team member with enthusiasm and diligence
Demonstrate company values in all interactions
Carry out ad hoc duties as requested by management
Dealing with high value overseas clients

Requirements

Previous telephone sales experience essential
Ability to build strong relationships
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
