About the Role

DIESEL is seeking an experienced Team Leader for their store in Berlin. This role involves leading a team to create exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to transform customer experiences into special moments.
• Achieve goals through efficient team organization and product management.
• Improve performance by understanding products, analyzing sales and inventory, managing product rotation, and overseeing replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Lead a high-performing, customer- and service-oriented team.
• Train the team and provide feedback to ensure optimal customer experiences.
• Promote the digital experience within the store.
• Empower, develop, motivate, and foster collaboration within the team to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Implement strategic plans and leverage partnerships and marketing opportunities to maximize sales.
• Build new customer relationships.
• Support the Store Manager in executing store strategy to achieve top sales results.
• Ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the department regarding customer service, merchandise, and cleanliness, taking action to resolve issues positively.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience.
• Experience in established fashion/luxury companies is a plus.
• Passion for Fashion Retail, Client Service, and a commercial mindset.
• Excellent knowledge of the luxury sector and specific product characteristics.
• Strong communication skills.
• Very good English language skills.
