About the Role
As an experienced Relationship Manager in Wealth Management, you will manage your own client portfolio, providing comprehensive advice and fulfilling client needs. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and the market within the Wealth Management segment, with a core competency in investment advisory.
Responsibilities
- Manage and advise a dedicated client portfolio within the Wealth Management segment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and representative of the bank for Wealth Management clients.
- Provide comprehensive investment advisory services, covering all Wealth Management products and services.
- Conduct advisory meetings and successfully close deals.
- Utilize strong sales skills to present the full range of Wealth Management products and services.
- Engage specialists to address complex client needs, such as large-volume PMP, intricate pension requirements, and real estate financing.
- Acquire new clients in the Wealth Management segment and expand business volume.
- Offer holistic advice, adhering to regulatory requirements for securities business.
- Conduct structured strategy discussions using available tools and processes.
- Leverage existing client relationships and communication skills to gain new contacts and clients.
- Maintain personal client relationships to foster long-term customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Completed training as a bank clerk (Bankkauffrau/Bankkaufmann).
- Further training and/or a degree are desirable.
- Advisory experience in the private client sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MiFID-compliant advisory processes and product spectrum.
- In-depth knowledge of investments, including financial market developments.
- Experience in appointment scheduling to maximize client potential.
- High degree of customer and service orientation.
- Confident, competent, and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Enjoy working in a team.
- Demonstrate initiative and assertiveness.
