About the Role

curenco is a brand of MEDIFOX DAN by ResMed, the largest IT service provider in the care sector. Our goal is to improve the situation of family caregivers. With innovative and high-quality online care courses, we offer valuable knowledge, relief, and support directly where help is needed most: at home. We work in a hybrid model, meeting 1-2 times a week in our Berlin office to foster exchange and togetherness. With an interdisciplinary team, we develop digital services of the future and set new standards for home care. curendo – Embracing Care.

Responsibilities

Developing creative and practical concepts for digital care courses and e-learnings that support family caregivers in everyday life.
Writing and structuring scripts for digital care courses and preparing content in a style and target-group-appropriate manner.
Close collaboration with our content and graphics team for continuous development of course offerings.
Supporting the marketing team with target-group-specific texts and informational materials.

Requirements

Completed degree in healthcare (e.g., medicine, nursing education, nursing science) or completed degree in another field with further training as a practical instructor.
Professional experience in practical inpatient or outpatient care.
Communication skills and very good command of the German language.
High degree of personal responsibility.
Creative variety in the preparation of learning materials.
Independent and solution-oriented way of working.
Methodological competence.
Ability to familiarize oneself with diverse subject areas in a short period.
