About the Role
Develop and lead a new engineering site in Berlin, growing the team from 3 to approximately 10 employees within three years. Take on entrepreneurial responsibility from day one, shaping the site's strategy, team, and direction.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Berlin site independently and develop it strategically, while remaining involved in daily operations.
- Manage and be responsible for electrical engineering projects in the fields of energy, utilities, plant construction, and test stands.
- Take over existing customers and actively build new business relationships.
- Currently lead 3 employees and will strategically expand your team.
- Prepare technical proposals and manage tenders, including cost calculation.
Requirements
- Possess a master craftsman or technician qualification in electrical engineering, energy technology, or protection technology.
- Have at least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment.
- Experience in projects within energy supply (e.g., waterworks, power companies) or plant construction.
- Proficient knowledge in high, medium, or low voltage, control technology, or protection technology.
- German language skills (minimum C1).
- Possess a Class B driver's license.
