About the Role

As a Solution Engineer at Box Japan, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our Intelligent Content Management platform. You will act as a technical advisor to potential and existing customers, bridging the gap between complex business challenges and our innovative AI-powered solutions to facilitate digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Present the value of Box in meetings and events using technical expertise.
• Create tailored proposals and deliver presentations to key stakeholders based on customer needs.
• Provide technical support and advice regarding integrations with Microsoft, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and custom applications.
• Deepen understanding of Intelligent Content Management and promote AI-driven value propositions.
• Collaborate with sales, CSM, and consultant teams on account planning and execution.
• Collect product improvement feedback and escalate requirements to the US headquarters.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the IT industry.
• 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, project management, or IT consulting with solution proposal experience.
• Expertise in at least one IT domain such as cloud, infrastructure, middleware, applications, or security.
• Growth mindset with the ability to identify challenges and propose solutions.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese.
• Professional proficiency in English (reading and writing).
• Ability to work from the office at least three days per week.
