About the Role

Join our Management Trainee Program to prepare for a future role as Hotel Manager. This program offers hands-on experience across all operational departments, leadership development, and mentoring over 12-18 months with rotations in 3 national and international hotels.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through all operational departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B Service.
• Actively contribute to daily operations, identify areas for improvement, and help shape the guest experience.
• Gain insight into leadership roles, support managers, assist with team coordination and motivation, and undertake leadership projects.
• Participate in internal training sessions and workshops at the Motel One Campus.
• Build a professional network and prepare for a leadership role in the hotel industry.

Requirements

• A completed degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a comparable diploma from a tourism school.
• At least 1 year of operational experience in various hotel departments.
• Initial leadership experience preferred.
• Flexibility regarding location and willingness to travel.
• Desire to take on responsibility, lead by example, motivate teams, and make decisions.
• Passion for hospitality and ambition to become a Hotel Manager.
• Strong social skills, an open and communicative personality, and a positive attitude.
• Analytical thinking, strong quality awareness, and a high level of service orientation.
• A structured, independent, and team-oriented working style.
