About the Role

We are looking for Survey Interviewers to collect information on air passenger characteristics through face-to-face interviews at Heathrow Airport.

Responsibilities

  • Approach air passengers to seek their cooperation with the survey.
  • Obtain accurate information from air passengers regarding their journey and personal details using a pre-set questionnaire.
  • Use judgment to consider answers, probe inconsistencies, and revise recorded answers if appropriate.
  • Indicate on the questionnaire where false information has been deliberately given.
  • Maintain a strict systematic random sampling scheme to ensure the integrity of survey results.

Requirements

  • Candidates must have previous customer experience.
  • Candidates should live within a commutable distance for shift times.
  • Must be able to read, understand, and speak English fluently.
  • Experience of working autonomously and without supervision.
  • Candidates should be available to work over all days of the week with a mixture of early and late shifts for 10 shifts per month.
  • Must have a reasonable period of residency in the UK (3 years) for National Security Vetting (CTC clearance).

Skills

  • Previous customer service experience is required.
  • Knowledge of the airport/aviation industry is beneficial.
  • Previous experience with market research is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to speak other languages would be an asset.
