About the Role
We are looking for a technically adept individual with a strong understanding of IT, both hardware and software. Responsibilities
- Customer support in technical services
- Completion of all tasks related to maintenance, installations, and all other technical services for our customers
- Handling repairs, complaints, and spare parts requests
- Assisting with inventory
- Independently implementing sales activities for technical services
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician or comparable technical training
- Driver's license class 3 or B
- Teamwork, resilience, flexibility, and customer-oriented work
- Radiation protection certification 6.1/6.2 desirable
- Professional experience as a dental technician desirable
- Tact and communication skills in dealing with doctors
- Independent, cooperative, and flexible work style
