About the Role

Execute, perform, and coordinate construction and commissioning tasks for Silent-Aire products, ensuring high levels of operating performance through customer satisfaction, safety, profitability, and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of regional CCX services, including inspection, installation, repair, start-up, functional testing, and troubleshooting on Silent-Aire equipment.
  • Coordinate and communicate project completion stages from installation to commissioning and handover with the client's project team.
  • Engage with SAE Engineering design and QA/QC Teams to understand operational requirements and provide feedback on improvements.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer questions, problems, or complaints promptly.
  • Develop and maintain expert technical knowledge across the product/service line.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, milestones, and any factors affecting quality, cost, or schedule.
  • Provide project field support as required.
  • Contribute to building the infrastructure and client base in the respective region.
  • Work cohesively with APAC Technicians and management to improve region profitability.
  • Model excellent relations between the business and the community.
  • Generate daily reports and ensure timely and proper completion of paperwork.
  • Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Protect organizational value by maintaining confidentiality.
  • Engage and follow business and quality systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and projects assigned, including hands-on tasks.
  • Maintain clearance levels for site access and Silent-Aire requirements.
  • Participate in safety initiatives/committees where appropriate.
  • Support corporate mid and long-range strategic initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional CCX Technician.

Requirements

  • A university degree or college degree in engineering or a related technical discipline is an asset.
  • Related trade school education/certification is an asset.
  • Minimum five years of experience in a technician position, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Or combination of experience and education.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing, reference, driving record & background check.
  • Strong analytical and computer skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Previous exposure to budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting is an asset.
  • High standard and proficiency of time management, communication, professionalism, adaptability and dependability.
  • Maintain personal relationships and good communication with staff, clients, other sub-contractors or any other important point of contact.
  • Support corporate mid and long-range strategic initiatives, as required.
  • Must maintain clearance levels of any additional site access and Silent-Aire requirements.
  • This is a safety sensitive position.
