About the Role

As a Relationship Manager on the Regulatory Compliance sales team, you will manage and grow an existing customer portfolio, focusing on retention, renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions, while also proactively identifying and converting upsell opportunities within existing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow an existing portfolio of Regulatory Compliance of approximately 90+ customers
  • Drive retention, renewals and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and convert upsell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Conduct regular customer engagement and solution demonstrations
  • Collaborate with the Product Specialist, Content & Marketing on gap analysis and opportunity identification
  • Retain, build & maintain sales pipeline to achieve renewal rate targets & monthly or quarterly upsell targets
  • Actively build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrate and articulate a full understanding of the entirety of the LexisNexis RC technology portfolio including products and services/education offerings
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts

Requirements

  • Appropriate degree qualifications with relevant work experience – preferably the Risk & Compliance solutions market but also open to SAAS, Legal, Professional services industries
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in Relationship Management or Customer Success roles with blend of Sales where structure sales and consultative selling approaches are used
  • Prior experience in solution sales or subscription sales is essential
  • Ability to balance farming existing customers with identifying growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Comfortable managing a portfolio across multiple customers and priorities
  • Proven ability to maintain understanding and awareness of the risk and compliance market and LexisNexis solution offerings is essential
  • Team player and problem solver; energetic and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, hungry for sales and worked in targets-driven environment
