About the Role

Crown Spa is Sydney’s finest luxury wellness experience, offering a tranquil oasis for guests seeking premium massage therapies and world-class wellness treatments. We are seeking experienced and passionate Massage Therapists to join our award-winning Spa team, delivering exceptional wellness experiences and creating memorable guest journeys.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of massage treatments including relaxation, remedial, deep tissue, pregnancy and hot stone therapies
• Conduct professional guest consultations and tailor treatments to individual needs
• Create exceptional guest experiences aligned with Crown's luxury service standards
• Maintain treatment rooms and work areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene
• Provide professional wellness recommendations and home-care advice
• Build strong guest relationships through exceptional customer service and attention to detail
• Collaborate with the wider Spa team to ensure seamless daily operations and guest satisfaction
• Uphold all health, safety and operational standards
• Act as an ambassador for Crown Spa and contribute to an inclusive and welcoming environment

Requirements

• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays and evening shifts
• Professional presentation and grooming maintained to the highest standards, inclusive of all gender expressions
