About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, service-oriented, and ambitious individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Advisor at our Tom Wood Store in Aoyama. You will be the face and voice of Tom Wood, delivering exceptional customer experiences and embodying our values on the shop floor.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the store according to company guidelines
- Maintain an outstanding store condition in line with company standards
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage long-term loyalty
- Understand the current product range and participate in staff training and brand activities
- Fully understand and follow all team procedures and policies
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role in the fashion, jewellery, or service industry
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
