About the Role

Responsibilities
- Define technical specifications for investment compliance requirements.
- Review and optimize relevant business processes.
- Advise the business on MiFID II/MiFIR, MAD/MAR, MiCAR, PSD II, SRD II, EMIR, and other regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the development of regulatory and legal norms across EU member states.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on investment compliance matters.
- Prepare reports for management and supervisory authorities.
- Process inquiries from EU supervisory authorities.
- Collaborate closely with Risk, Legal, Finance, and People departments.
- Engage in continuous training on various compliance topics.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in economics, law, or business law, or comparable studies.
- Ideally, several years of professional experience in investment compliance within auditing or consulting firms.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
- Several years of professional experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Knowledge of MiFID II/MiFIR, WpHG, MaComp, MaRisk, MaDepot, MiCAR, and other prominent EU regulatory frameworks.
- English fluency is mandatory.
- German and other EU languages are advantageous.
