About the Role

As a Talent Coordinator, you will ensure that applicants have a smooth and appreciative experience from the first contact.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate application processes from start to finish, including scheduling, communication with candidates, and hiring teams.
• Maintain and manage hiring tools to ensure optimal functionality.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, responding to inquiries in a friendly and reliable manner.
• Support active sourcing and build a talent pool for medical and administrative roles.
• Contribute to smaller employer branding and onboarding projects, bringing in your own ideas.

Requirements

• Proactive in engaging with people via email, phone, or direct outreach, turning initial contact into genuine conversations.
• Takes initiative and follows through until tasks are completed.
• Strong communication skills with clear and likeable expression, good listening, and ability to adapt tone for different individuals.
• Structured and reliable approach to work.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel contacts and maintain an overview without causing delays.
• Digitally proficient.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
