Responsibilities
- Lead teams and develop leaders across multiple layers of management.

- Manage and develop a team of 80+ team members.

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' leadership experience in a flagship or high-volume retail environment.
- Proven ability to lead teams and develop leaders across multiple layers of management.
- Strong ability to lead by example, coach a team, and drive operational excellence.
- Energised by a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, from stock to visual merchandising.
- Genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Consent to JD Sports completing a VEVO check to verify working rights where required.
