About the Role
Ace & Tate is looking for a Sales Associate in Berlin Bergmannstraße, working 20-30 hours per week. We focus on making our workplace rewarding and ensuring customers feel seen and comfortable.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming atmosphere where all customers feel seen and comfortable in the store.
- Provide clear style advice by helping customers find frames that suit them and offering helpful styling tips.
- Share knowledge by explaining the differences between lenses, coatings, and fits to help customers make informed decisions.
- Pay attention to every detail by polishing lenses, adjusting frames, and ensuring each pair looks perfect and is ready to wear.
- Sell with care by guiding customers through options like lens upgrades, coatings, and add-on products to ensure they get exactly what they need.

- Native-level German language skills are required for flawless communication with customers and within the team.

Salary/Compensations
- EUR 13.90 - EUR 15.00 per hour plus a monthly bonus of up to 16% if store targets are met.
