About the Role

Anrok is the leading tax automation platform enabling businesses to expand globally without compliance complexity. This role sits at the center of product and sales, owning end-to-end go-to-market strategy, positioning, and sales enablement for a set of Anrok products.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end go-to-market for a set of Anrok products and features, from positioning and launch through adoption and revenue impact, working across product, sales, and marketing.
  • Develop and evolve the positioning, messaging, and value propositions that set Anrok apart.
  • Maintain the messaging frameworks and positioning documents that serve as the single source of truth.
  • Own a segment of sales enablement: build the assets sellers actually use and the training that makes them stick.
  • Turn customer proof, wins, and references into evidence that sharpens messaging and fuels the funnel.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the market, translating customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market trends into clear recommendations, and partnering with product managers to shape roadmap priorities.
  • Define and track the metrics that prove product marketing's impact, including pipeline influenced, win rates, sales asset utilization, feature adoption, and time-to-first-value, and use them to guide strategy.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product marketing experience ideally in SaaS, fintech, or infrastructure with proven track record of driving measurable GTM success and revenue impact in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Expertise in product positioning and messaging frameworks, with demonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling customer value for B2B audiences, particularly in complex or technical product categories.
  • Strong sales enablement experience with concrete examples of creating assets that sales teams actively use and that demonstrably improve win rates, deal velocity, or average deal size.
  • Project management and cross-functional leadership skills, with ability to drive initiatives from strategy through execution without extensive direction or hand-holding.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with portfolio of messaging frameworks, positioning documents, or customer-facing content that showcase your craft.
  • Analytical mindset with experience defining success metrics, building dashboards, tracking performance data, and using insights to iterate on strategy and improve outcomes.
  • Self-starter mentality who thrives in ambiguity, proactively identifies problems before being asked, and can independently prioritize competing demands based on business impact.
  • Experience in fintech, compliance, or other technical B2B SaaS categories where buyer education and trust-building are critical to the sales process.
