About the Role
Ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the Advice & Customer business. Work with Heads of Departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while driving strong governance, collaboration, and execution excellence. Play a pivotal role in enabling high-performing teams, improving delivery practices, and helping the business execute on its strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support Heads of with the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects and business initiatives, ensuring agreed scope, timelines, budgets and quality outcomes are achieved.
- Partner with Delivery Leads to develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies and critical paths.
- Proactively identify, manage and resolve project risks, issues and delivery roadblocks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure work is aligned, prioritised and delivered efficiently.
- Establish and maintain effective governance, reporting and decision-making forums that provide clear visibility of delivery progress.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business, managing expectations and ensuring strong engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive accountability across delivery teams, facilitating collaboration, problem-solving and timely escalation where required.
- Support change adoption and benefits realisation to ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve delivery frameworks, processes and execution capability.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering complex projects, programs or business change initiatives in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Strong understanding of project governance, delivery methodologies, risk management and benefits realisation.
- Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence to manage project delivery and collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, timelines, budgets, resources and dependencies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a practical, outcomes-focused approach.
