About the Role
In this role, you will be a trusted trainer and advisor, helping teams build the skills they need to do their jobs safely and effectively. You will deliver accredited training programs and custom courses specifically in substations, using different methods to suit the needs of our people. You will also help design and improve training materials to make sure they’re practical, relevant, and engaging.

- Deliver accredited training programs and custom courses specifically in substations.
- Design and improve training materials.
Requirements
- Certificate III Electrotechnology, and extensive relevant experience.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months).
- Demonstrated knowledge of substations, training delivery and evaluation concepts.
- Familiarity with Transgrid’s Environmental and WHS policies and procedures.
- A current NSW driver’s license.
- A strong field presence and the ability to travel regularly across NSW.
