About the Role
This role involves working with customers to understand business problems, recommend process improvements, translate requirements into solutions, and deliver results. The Solution Designer owns the entire lifecycle of solution development, optimizing user experience and driving delivery through collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Consult clients to identify needs and define solution requirements.
- Develop business processes and craft roadmaps.
- Prioritize and manage the backlog of work.
- Participate in scrum teams to define goals and set priorities.
- Coordinate development, testing, implementation, and roll-out of new capabilities with technical teams and customer partners.
- Collaborate with multi-functional groups to evaluate and advance AI solutions.
- Stay abreast of customer success on workflows and provide consulting or configuration.
- Ensure solution alignment to global standards and Workfront platform governance.
- Review upcoming product release functionality and determine incorporation for process maturation.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the Enterprise Workfront administrative framework.
- Develop key performance metrics and maintain reports and dashboards.
- Support ongoing enterprise platform management, including governance, backlog prioritization, release integration, cross-team alignment, and performance monitoring.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
- Bachelors Degree.
- Excellent knowledge of Workfront and Fusion capabilities in the context of complex workflows.
- Understanding of AI capabilities and tradeoffs.
- Proven track record leading end-to-end delivery of new operational workflows and systems.
- Strong analytical skills and a drive to experiment; ability to use data to drive decision making.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-functional customers through a thoughtful prioritization process.
- Superb communicator and problem-solver.
- Workfront Admin Certification (Adobe Certified Professional – Adobe Workfront Core Developer) or ability to acquire within first 30 days.
