About the Role

This position is your opportunity to become a high-earning sales executive in a rapidly growing tech industry. You provide the consultative sales mentality, and we’ll provide you with all the resources that you need to be successful.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify sales leads.
  • Pitch award-winning software solutions to medium-sized enterprises.
  • Manage the full sales cycle.
  • Create, validate, and track against a territory plan, articulating revenue quota attainment and resource needs.
  • Develop new prospects solely through new logo acquisition, direct and indirect channels.
  • Manage complex sales cycles with a consultative approach, engaging various personas.
  • Plan and deliver presentations demonstrating how solutions address client challenges.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and cross-functional teams to close business.
  • Communicate new product developments to prospective clients.
  • Attend remote and on-site client meetings, emphasizing in-person collaboration.
  • Collaborate with teams in different territories and offices.
  • Implement and execute sales campaigns for maximum key account penetration.
  • Maintain an accurate and current pipeline of opportunities within the CRM system.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of previous sales experience.
  • Experience in the software/technology industry is preferred, but not essential.
  • Experience with executive selling, both business and technical.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Determination to surpass performance goals.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Willingness to bring new ideas.
  • Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team environment.
  • Plenty of initiative.
  • Familiarity with an ACV based comp plan and quota.
  • Enjoyment working with partners.
