About the Role
This role focuses on managing and expanding partnerships within the SaaS and Microsoft ecosystems, requiring proactive sourcing, nurturing, and strategic collaboration to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source new prospects and expand existing accounts.
- Nurture, cross-sell, and upsell existing MSP and VAR Partners.
- Plan and deliver presentations on how solutions address partner challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sales plays and build local relationships.
- Attend remote and on-site meetings with Partners and Clients.
- Maintain an accurate and current pipeline of opportunities within the CRM system.
- Travel up to 50%.
Requirements
- 7+ years previous partner management experience in the SaaS hemisphere.
- 4+ years previous experience in the Microsoft partner eco-system.
- Strong communication skills to articulate company vision, product changes, and adapt to new strategies.
- Ability to execute in an environment where priorities change quickly, demonstrating agility, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and detail-oriented.
