About the Role

As a solution architect on our presales team, you will work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to grow AvePoint’s go-to-market solutions. You will design, present, and demonstrate solutions addressing customer challenges, and provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, prospects, and channel partners to understand business needs and propose solutions leveraging AvePoint’s offerings.
• Lead new and renewal opportunities as the Strategic Lead, working with departments to meet objectives and customer goals.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proposals showcasing solution value and benefits.
• Collaborate with sales teams, delivery resources, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of sales activities.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices, architecture, design, and implementation of solutions.
• Support marketing initiatives and events to drive customer growth opportunities.
• Partner with sales enablement teams to ensure consistent customer lifecycle conversations and influence outcomes.
• Support internal product vision initiatives with a focus on Power Platform.
• Act as a solution evangelist externally and a product expert internally.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a solution architect, technical consultant, or similar role in the software industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time, as required.
