About the Role
Noble is seeking a Driver/Warehouse Support to join their team at the London - Fanshaw Profit Centre. This role is responsible for daily deliveries and warehouse support, ensuring secure, effective, and professional operations. The ideal candidate can work independently, possesses strong communication skills, and prioritizes excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily deliveries to customer job sites and shops.
- Pick up customer returns and purchase orders at vendors.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure safe driving practices.
- Secure vehicle load at all times.
- Carry proper vehicle documentation, including license, insurance, and CVOR.
- Unload truck upon return to the profit centre.
- Engage in order picking, shipping, and receiving.
- Operate a forklift when necessary during periods of slow delivery.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Profit Centre Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of delivery driving experience, including loading and unloading.
- Valid G Class license with a clean driving record/abstract.
- Attention to detail, excellent time-management, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50lbs.
- Previous experience using Electronic Signature Capture devices is an asset.
- Knowledge of Plumbing and HVAC products is a plus.
- Forklift certifications are desirable.
- Knowledge of local routes is beneficial.
