About the Role

Responsibilities
- Planning, implementation, and management of (including international) SAP SF and HCM projects with budget responsibility
- Comprehensive customer support from the pre-sales phase to project completion
- Customer communication and management of all customer inquiries
- Creation of decision papers, reports, and calculations
- Internal reporting
- Coordination and planning of third-party providers
- Collaboration in the further development of the PMO and internal processes
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a project manager, preferably with SAP projects
- Excellent project management skills, including knowledge of project management methodologies
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills
- Proven experience in budget and time management within complex projects
- Proactive and results-oriented attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
