About the Role

This is a 12-week paid casual role within the Medical Operations team, focusing on high-impact operations initiatives. The role involves owning processes end-to-end, supporting practitioner and patient workflows, and collaborating with Patient Operations teams on projects to enhance patient experience and retention. You will be given meaningful responsibility and expected to think clearly, move quickly, and execute to a high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Owning and running operational processes
  • Owning operational processes end-to-end, keeping them running reliably and improving them over time
  • Preparing and coordinating practitioner interviews and related onboarding workflows
  • Making outbound calls to patients to support retention and operational initiatives
  • Analysing patient and operational data to identify friction points and areas for improvement
  • Supporting the Operations team in testing and rolling out new initiatives to support teams
