Join the Corporate Real Estate Team in Sydney to enhance response and support capabilities for clients. This role involves working in response-focused positions, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training provided across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Provide strong customer service to visitors, contractors, and clients
- Perform gatehouse duties
- Proactively monitor CCTV and access control systems
- Conduct building patrols to report and mitigate security and safety risks
- Identify and report hazards and building faults
- Provide support to tenants and facilities
- Manage contractors and deliveries through dock management
- Respond to emergency situations
- Perform ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Valid NSW Security Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Full working rights
- 24/7 availability including weekdays and weekends
- Professional presentation
Skills
- Strong customer service
- Resilience in fast-paced environments
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Fire (FIP & EWIS) and Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control)
