About the Role

This role is focused on building foundational capability in a high-volume, process-driven environment, where success is defined by reliable execution within structured workflows. You will support the delivery of high-quality proxy research by ensuring the integrity of data collection, coding, and analysis while adhering to established methodologies and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Collecting, reviewing, and maintaining data related to shareholder meetings
  • Conducting research and coding governance information according to established methodologies
  • Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across assigned projects
  • Supporting the preparation and delivery of proxy research reports within established timelines
  • Applying research frameworks, analytical guidelines, and quality standards to your work
  • Identifying and escalating issues when information is incomplete, inconsistent, or unclear

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Law, Political Science, International Relations, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, research, and data management skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with databases, research platforms, financial analysis, or other data-intensive projects is preferred
  • Knowledge of or interest in corporate governance, ESG, capital markets, investment research, and proxy voting
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional)
  • Ability to follow structured processes and guidelines while working both independently and collaboratively
  • Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback
  • 3–5 years of relevant research, analysis, or related experience preferred; exceptional new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Passion for corporate governance research and delivering high-quality work
