  • Support customers during significant moments in their retirement journey.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Take ownership of issues and drive them to resolution.
  • Balance competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate clearly, calmly, and professionally, even under pressure.
  • Actively listen and tailor communication approaches to individual customers.
  • Stay updated on evolving products, systems, and processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer and team experience.

Requirements

  • Adaptable, customer-focused, and able to communicate clearly with a diverse range of people.
  • Previous customer service experience (phone, written, or face-to-face).
  • Comfortable working in a structured call centre environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Confidence working across multiple systems and following procedures.
  • A desire to find the right solution for the customer and the business.
