About the Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Clinical Trial Drug Distribution (DSA) team to support business expansion and operational strengthening. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of drug delivery orders, collaborating with team members, and addressing operational challenges while adhering to established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping and delivery orders for clinical trial drugs according to established procedures.
• Create picking lists and prepare shipping documentation, including handling specific requirements.
• Input and manage inventory and shipping data in the system.
• Communicate closely with customers and team members to resolve issues and meet customer needs during emergencies.
• Maintain high-quality operations in compliance with cGMP standards.
• Support team members and monitor overall processing capacity to achieve daily team goals.
• Perform occasional site checks in warehouse and shipping areas as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
• Basic proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Ability to maintain processing speed and accuracy in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to follow procedures and report anomalies to supervisors in a timely manner.

Skills

• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to read and understand simple English emails and documents.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (GMP environment) is a plus.
