About the Role
As a Store Manager, you will oversee the Lindt Chocolate Shop, managing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring profitability. You will lead and coach a team of ambassadors to deliver an exceptional, customer-centric experience while maintaining high standards for visual merchandising, inventory, and food safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead store performance and foster a supportive team environment
- Achieve sales targets and manage expenses to ensure profitability
- Guide and coach team ambassadors to meet brand expectations
- Manage day-to-day store operations
- Multitask between customer service, inventory management, and food safety compliance
- Execute visual merchandising and store presentation
- Prepare takeaway drinks and ice cream
- Perform workforce planning including recruitment and rostering
- Manage labour budgets for a team of approximately 20 employees
- Communicate proactively with the State Manager
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Store or Assistant Manager role in a fast-paced QSR, retail, or hospitality environment
- Experience in workforce planning, rostering, and managing labour budgets
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to remain calm and consistent in a high-volume environment
- Understanding of quality assurance and Food Safety Standards
- Ability to lead and coach a team
