About the Role
This is a hands-on role in a new function focused on vertical product marketing for LEAP AU. You will be responsible for bringing vertical product marketing to life across six areas of law, managing go-to-market strategies for new releases, and shaping vertical positioning and supporting content, events, and social media to build LEAP's brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Work with each area of law team to understand product development and translate it into clear vertical positioning and messaging.
- Understand the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for each area of law and tailor messaging to resonate with practitioners.
- Manage the go-to-market strategy for new app and feature releases, including launch plans, messaging, content, and team coordination.
- Create content for each area of law, including blog posts, practice guides, case notes, campaign assets, and thought leadership pieces.
- Collaborate with vertical leads to produce credible, expert content for specialist audiences.
- Plan and execute vertical events, webinars, and CPD sessions, and support LEAP's presence at industry conferences.
- Support social media activity for each vertical, translating launches, content, and events into engaging posts.
- Build LEAP's reputation within each area of law by ensuring consistent vertical voice across all communications.
- Develop sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, explainers, and case studies.
- Stay informed about market trends and practitioner needs to ensure launches, content, and positioning are relevant.
- Analyze the effectiveness of launches, content, events, and social media, and optimize strategies based on performance.
- Utilize AI in the workflow for research, drafting, and content production, applying judgment to ensure quality.
Requirements
- Three to five years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or a related role within a B2B tech or SaaS company.
- Proven experience in taking products or features to market, including launch planning, messaging, and coordinating multiple components.
- Demonstrated experience in developing positioning and messaging, and producing content that resonates with specific professional audiences.
- Experience creating content across various formats and supporting events, webinars, or social media channels.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to quickly learn and adopt the language of a specific market.
- Understanding of how to tailor communication for different professional audiences, such as solicitors versus generic business buyers.
