About the Role

Associates dive into every detail of the business, working to gain an understanding of clients, their growth aspirations, and what drives their customers. They collaborate with colleagues across the organization, interacting with clients, Partners, Designers, Insights Specialists, Content Strategists, and others. The role is designed to cultivate a deep understanding of consulting approaches and develop necessary skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of client businesses and customer bases, including how clients grow and market conditions that may impact growth and transformation.
• Collaborate on multidisciplinary teams to answer key strategic customer, growth, and transformation questions through brand, marketing, and digital strategies for Fortune 500 companies.
• Conduct primary and secondary research and analyze data; engage in creative problem-solving sessions to formulate hypotheses.
• Share points of view and present insightful and actionable recommendations to internal senior leaders and clients.
• Contribute to internal firm initiatives including IP development, marketing, training, and ongoing educational sessions.
• Drive firm culture at the local office level through events such as class gatherings, office-wide social outings, and holiday celebrations.

Requirements

• Postgraduate experience ideally with a leading business, brand, or digital strategy firm, or with relevant industry experience.
• Well-developed critical thinking capabilities, problem-solving skills, and creative thinking.
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of, and passion for, brand, digital, and marketing strategy, and how they impact business outcomes.
• A curious mind with an unrelenting commitment to find answers, test new approaches, learn new skills, and challenge assumptions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt, flex, and change directions given client, project, and team circumstances.
• Familiarity with AI tools, AI strategy or implementation experience, and/or exposure to GenAI applications.
• Proficiency in German and English is essential.
