About the Role
The Analytics organization is focused on advancing data-driven decision-making across Acrisure. This role involves leading the requirements gathering, design, implementation, and delivery of reporting and analytics capabilities for Customer Success and Digital Solutions, working closely with executive leadership, analysts, and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive the development of efficient and reliable reporting and analytics capabilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Transition users from legacy information access methods to modern data enablement and self-service strategies.
- Design and maintain internal SDKs, dashboards, and reusable data libraries for consistent data access.
- Champion a developer-experience mindset by gathering feedback, iterating on interfaces, and providing documentation.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate SDK, dashboard, and analytics delivery via Palantir.
- Create data visualizations to transform numbers into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify, adopt, and evangelize data analysis best practices and technical standards.
- Advocate for creative implementations to optimize business impact.
- Scale team knowledge by empowering others to understand data complexity.
- Identify tools and trends to improve data quality across the business.
Requirements
- 7+ years of industry experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Professional in finance and accounting.
- Demonstrated ability to build data visualizations and reporting using Tableau and PowerBI.
- Strong understanding of data models, structures, theories, principles, and practices.
- Proficiency in gathering requirements, understanding processes, and translating them into KPIs.
- Experience with AI, SQL, Python, PowerBI, Tableau, dbt, BigQuery, Git, Palantir, and data modeling.
- Experience with agile project execution and tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Ability to understand the business purpose behind data requests.
- Positive and creative problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Must be comfortable with an on-site presence 4 days per week.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
