About the Role
The Custom ASIC Sales account manager is part of a global team focused on identifying, shaping, and winning custom silicon opportunities with strategic customers. This role involves defining and executing regional go-to-market strategies, driving account planning, and translating market requirements into high-value business opportunities for Intel.
Responsibilities
- Define regional strategy for customer identification, prioritization, pursuit, and conversion of custom opportunities.
- Establish executive-level relationships with key decision-makers across hyper-scalers, OEMs, automotive, and communications sectors.
- Drive account planning and execution aligned with customer priorities and long-term growth objectives.
- Partner with internal teams to shape competitive, scalable, and profitable custom solutions.
- Lead complex deal strategy across long sales cycles, including discovery, solution definition, and commercial negotiation.
- Develop a disciplined regional opportunity pipeline, forecast accuracy model, and governance cadence.
- Integrate market intelligence and customer feedback into strategic planning and portfolio decisions.
- Influence internal roadmaps and engagement models to improve market competitiveness.
- Serve as a senior ambassador for the custom silicon portfolio.
Requirements
- 7+ years of semiconductor, ASIC, SoC, foundry, IP, or complex silicon solution sales experience.
- Strong business development and sales experience working with foundries, custom silicon houses, and end customers.
- Experience with T1 ASIC builders and foundry/custom chip building.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Must have an on-site presence.
