In order to stay at the top of our game, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Head Coach, Operations who can help provide the kind of above-and-beyond service that inspires Nike fans for life!
Responsibilities
- Drive a service culture that brings the Nike brand to life
- Provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team
- Assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential
- Care about the team and, most importantly, have fun!
- Keep Back of House functions running seamlessly
- Create an environment in which employees can excel personally and professionally
Requirements
- Experience leading a large team in retail, with experience across stock management, logistics, rostering, development, and coaching
- Ability to build, lead and manage large, high-performing teams
- Strong strategic, problem solving, and influencing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Work with a dedicated and committed team of Athletes, Coaches and Senior Leaders who strive to provide a customer experience second to none!
- Work on a rotating roster, where some weekend work is expected
- Must be available for regular working days (or parts of days)
