About the Role
Support the Art Gallery’s facilities operations through the maintenance of mechanical plant equipment and engineering services at all Art Gallery sites.

- Maintenance of mechanical plant equipment and engineering services at all Art Gallery sites.
Requirements
- Refrigeration and air conditioning Trades Indentured Apprenticeship Certificate or equivalent with substantial experience.
- Open Class Steam Boiler and Refrigeration Engine Drivers Certificates preferred.
- Proven knowledge and experience in operating a computerized building management system.
- Knowledge and understanding of Australian Standards and regulations pertaining to the HVAC environment.
- Ability to work a rotating roster at various locations requiring weekend and public holiday shifts.
- Availability for out of hours consultation and attendance in the event of fire or major mechanical breakdowns.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in operation and maintenance of a large air conditioning system.
- Conversant in the operation of large chillers and steam boilers.
- Sound communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Hold a current NSW driver’s license.
- Resume (maximum five pages).
- A covering letter addressing the technical/soft skills.

- Salary range $89,070 to $90,962 + penalties
