About the Role

This position supports the Funding Department by facilitating the auto loan closing process, focusing on completing online signing sessions with customers and ensuring accurate and efficient notarization of necessary documents.

Responsibilities

• Print and prepare loan packages for lender and DMV documents.
• Review files for accuracy and completeness prior to signing sessions.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide excellent customer service.
• Meet department quality, service, and production standards.
• Manage service level agreements to meet business timelines.
• Maintain appropriate records and prepare required reports.
• Maintain an up-to-date and accurate filing system.
• Stay informed on Auto Loan Services processes, procedures, guidelines, industry compliance, and regulation standards.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to operate multiple hardware products.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion.
• Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to cross-check material for completeness and accuracy.
• Understanding of customer-sensitive information protection protocols.
