About the Role

The Arch Company is seeking a Property Counsel to join its legal team, supporting a unique commercial property portfolio. This role offers a chance for a commercially minded real estate lawyer to move in-house, provide practical legal advice, and shape the business.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, negotiating, and completing commercial leases and transactional property documentation.
• Managing lease renewals, including matters under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
• Conducting title investigations and handling HM Land Registry matters.
• Advising on day-to-day property legal queries across the business.
• Supporting a high-volume leasing function and developing paralegals.
• Collaborating with senior colleagues and external counsel on complex property matters.

Requirements

• 2+ years Post-Qualified Experience (PQE).
