About the Role
Perch is seeking an elite mortgage agent/broker or mortgage advisor to join their team. This role focuses on automating administrative tasks, eliminating underwriting, and providing dedicated support to allow professionals to focus on building relationships and closing deals, ultimately growing their mortgage business.
Responsibilities
- Automate 70% of your workflow.
- Eliminate underwriting.
- Focus on building relationships and closing deals.
- Nurture your client pipeline and identify new opportunities.
- Guide clients step-by-step through their application.
- Integrate Equifax soft credit checks.
- Automatically request the correct documents from clients.
- Handle compliance and FINTRAC reporting.
- Manage client intake, document gathering, and appraisal bookings.
- Keep referral partners informed with automatic status updates.
Requirements
- Originated at least $10M in mortgages in the last 12 months.
- Demonstrated ability to self-generate most or all of your leads.
- Minimum of 2 years of continuous experience as a licensed Mortgage Agent/Broker or as a Mortgage Advisor at a bank or credit union.
